Validate and close a work order

If a work order is closed and synced to the cloud, control of the work order returns to Trimble Unity Web.

The work order, although completed, remains in the Open Work Orders list. If the app has been configured such that the work order can be set to Validated status as part of its workflow, then the Validate option will be available as an action in the bottom right of the Work Order Details screen. This status is usually set after a supervisor has reviewed the work order and the associated data collection forms.

Once validated, then the work order can be set to closed status, again the CLOSE action is available at the bottom right of the screen.

Once closed, the work order is removed from the Open Work Orders list to the Closed Work Orders list.
