Review form data

Click LOCATE FORMS ON MAP. The map view is displayed, filtered to display the forms collected and synced to the cloud so far.

Clicking on the button displays the actual form data which is organized in three tabs:

• Details
• Signature
• Photos

TIP

When you select LOCATE FORMS ON MAP, the form may sometimes be concealed behind a work order or asset icon, so you may have to temporarily switch off the work order or asset layer on the map (using the map filter control) to view the form.

You can update the attribute data on the forms for work orders that have been completed in the field. Form data can be updated, and then work orders can be validated and closed.
