Delete Monitoring Sites

Monitoring sites that are no longer needed can be deleted. This can be done from the top toolbar or the site details panel.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must have the RM - RTU and Site Management role to delete sites. See Manage User Accounts for more information.
  • Any associated RTUs must be uninstalled before a site can be deleted. See Uninstall an RTU from a Site Using the Web App for more information.
  • The site(s) you want to delete must have a status of Out of Service. Uninstalling an RTU will automatically change the status to Out of Service.
  1. Click the check box next to the site you want to delete.
  2. In the top toolbar, click the more icon.

  1. Click Delete.

The Delete Site(s) panel appears.

  1. Click Delete.

The site list automatically updates.

  1. Alternatively, click the site you want to delete to open the site details panel.
  2. Click More Actions and select Delete.

The Delete Site(s) panel appears.

  1. Click Delete.

The site list automatically updates.
