Export data by work orders

For this example, we will use the Hydrant Inspection app.

1. Switch to the Hydrant Inspection app.
2. Click .

3. The Reports screen appears. In this case, the only report available is the Hydrant Inspection Report:

   

4. Click the title of the report. The Create Report screen appears:

   

5. Complete the fields as appropriate.
6. Select the file format for the report. In this case, select PDF.
7. Click Create. A report in PDF format is downloaded for you to open and view.
