Domain Item Meta-data Fields on Data Collection Forms

Each of the Data Collection form records have Domain Item fields, containing data copied from the associated work activity. So if users receive work orders to perform leak repairs, and as part of the workflow the field users collect leak repair forms, then the form records provided through the Trimble Unity WM ArcGIS Connector will include some key data points from the work order, which are all prefixed with “Domain Item”. These Domain Item fields include:

  1. Domain Item Status. This represents the status of the work activity. Example: Inspected.
  2. Domain Item Type. This represents the work activity type. Example: Leak Repair.
  3. Domain Item ExternalId. This represents the Id of the work activity.
  4. Domain Item Creation Date. This represents the work activity creation date/time.
  5. Domain Item Last Updated. This represents the data/time the work activity was updated.
  6. Domain Item Assigned To. This represents the user the work activity is assigned to.
  7. Domain Item Organizational Unit. This represents the Organizational Unit the work activity belongs to.
  8. Domain Item Dispatched. This represents if the Domain item has been assigned to a user and synced to a mobile device.
