• Support for the New Telog RS-45 Multichannel RTU
• Trimble’s Telog® RS-45 is an all-new, versatile, Bluetooth enabled recording telemetry unit (RTU) created for today’s demanding data acquisition needs. With 24 built-in channels capable of recording analog, digital, and event signals, it is an ideal choice for any application that requires monitoring multiple inputs, including Pump Stations, Tank Levels, Distribution Pressures, and more. It can be expanded with two external smart sensors, making it suitable for many Flow, CSO, and I&I applications. Trimble Unity RM includes full support for this exciting new Telog RTU.
• Sensor Management Support, including the Raven-Eye 2 Non-contact Flow Meter
• Manage your smart sensors using Trimble Unity RM, avoiding the need to switch between software packages to make RTU configuration changes. RM allows you to add, remove, and configure many of our most popular sensors, including the Raven-Eye 2 Flow Meter. Use the web application to select a sensor, configure what data to record, and program the recording criteria, such as sample rate, recording interval, scaling, measurement type, and units, all in one place.
• User Customizable Event Channel Active State
• Event channels can record when a switch position changes state. These inputs are often used to capture pumps turning on and off, alarm conditions such as high level or power failure, or any signal that can be characterized as a switch with an uncommitted contact or active logic signal. Setting the Active State Indicated By field to either Open or Closed allows you to define the On or Active state for the channel. For alarm inputs, this would be the alarm condition. The active state is graphed as 1 in telemetry reports and reported as On in tabular reports, regardless of the measured value, making the data easier to understand and compare.
• Additional Trimble Unity RM Improvements
• Improved support for Digital Channels. Now you can convert between Event and Pulse mode or channel scaling without performing an intermediate configuration save.
• Graph the underlying measurement data with a single tap on the alarm record with the Trimble Unity Mobile App.
• Easily select multiple monitoring sites or RTUs by depressing and holding the shift key while checking the second item of a range.
• Allow multiple sort criteria for monitoring sites, RTUs, and work orders.
